To leverage the newest techniques and possibilities of Web 2.0, a new way of corporate thinking is necessary. Companies still “think” web 1.0, actually I noticed that some of them are still sending dead pieces of wood around 🙂 .
There is a whole new world out there: wiki’s, blogs, viral movies, horizontal influencers, online communities, RSS, MySpace, 2ndLife… Old style textbook communication and PR simply do not get you in the charts anymore. Communication 3.0 is the new way of integrating classic communication tools and new Web 2.0 based communication techniques into a coherent strategy.
